Members of Group 120 are presently assuming positions in the CEC, and they will continue to pursue the progression of the CECs mission and objectives. They will also be developing their own goals for the upcoming year.

120 - The CEC continues to enhance the capacity of rural Thai villagers in basic business and entrepreneurial skills through a mix of small and large-scale trainings, workshops and conferences as well as other projects. CEC is currently working on:

1.
The ongoing development of CEC's section of PC Thailand's volunteer wiki as a networking and information resource for PCVs, their Thai counterparts, and other organizations interested in increasing the business skill capacity of Thai nationals.
2. Continued development and translation of CEC's business training modules for PCVs and their Thai counterparts working with small enterprise and income-generating groups.
3. Partnering with Thailand-based organizations that work in business skills education to increase the capacity of PCVs and their Thai counterparts.
4. Hosting a Youth Entrepreneurship Conference in partnership with the Kenan Institute of Asia in late August, 2009.

5. Enhancing the networking and information exchange between PCVs in Thailand through Sticky Rice and greater outreach to the volunteer community on the part of CEC.

119 - During the service of Group 119 the CEC continued to grow and evolve. Building on the successes of the previous groups, the present members:

1. Encouraged the ongoing development of this website as a networking and information resource for PCVs and their counterparts.
2. Developed training modules for PCVs working with small enterprise and income-generating groups.
3. Conducted a highly praised CEC/PHA Business Skills Conference in the Fall of 2008.
4. Began the transfer and compilation of CEC and community development materials to Peace Corps/ Thailand's new Wiki-based website.

118 - The CEC proceeded through the service of Group 118, during which time members encouraged:


1.
The development of this website as a networking and information resource for PCVs and their counterparts.

2. The development of a training manual for PCVs working in small enterprise development and business cooperative.
3.
Conducted another CEC Conference in the Fall of 2007.


117 - CEC of Peace Corps Thailand was established in 2005 by several CBOD (Community-Based Organizational Development) volunteers from Group 117. Initiatives carried out by this charter group include:

1. Developing the start of a data base of successful businesses organizations assisted by PCVs Thailand as a networking source for future PCVs and their counterparts.
2. Developing an audio dictionary of usful Thai-English business prases for self-learning opportunities for future PCVs.
3. Conducting a very successful first annual CEC Conference in the Fall of 2006 for PCVs and their counterparts.
