1. The ongoing development of CEC's section of PC Thailand's volunteer wiki as a networking and information resource for PCVs, their Thai counterparts, and other organizations interested in increasing the business skill capacity of Thai nationals.

2. Continued development and translation of CEC's business training modules for PCVs and their Thai counterparts working with small enterprise and income-generating groups.
3. Partnering with Thailand-based organizations that work in business skills education to increase the capacity of PCVs and their Thai counterparts.
4. Hosting a Youth Entrepreneurship Conference in partnership with the Kenan Institute of Asia in late August, 2009.
