Thailand is awash in both International and locally-grown NGOs. The challenge for you as a volunteer is to both discover those organizations in your area and then ensure that the working relationship is created between the organization and your local counterpart.

If you find that making an initial contact with an NGO is daunting, feel free to make contact with any of the GIGs or Committees. We are all here to make your work easier.

That being said, browse away, and please consider thinking about your network of contacts as a part of other PCVs' resource-bases, as well. Committee members are more than happy to help you make your information available to all online.
