2007 Thai Constitution

"Thailand Human Development Report"; UNDP (2007)

UN's "Common Country Assessment"- (covers both Thailand's progression towards Millennium Development Goals and rights' progress)

"Northern" Issues

"Securitizing Border-Crossing";Toyota, Mika (2006)- If you want to read one paper on ethnic and minority issues in Thailand, this paper is the absolute best. Toyota looks at the construction of "Thai-ness" and the modern Thai state and then specifically addresses the present concerns of Northern minority groups and their relation to the Thai State. A must read.

IWGIA- International Working Group for Indigenous Affairs- has a variety of publications about global indigenous issues. Though they acknowledge the situation in the South, their focus has always been on Northern minority problems (or minority issues, like the Rohingya, that pour into other Thai regions).

The Indigenous World
is IWGIA's annual report on all countries with indigenous populations
