TYT Club Proposal Presentation TYT Chumphon Shakespeare Theatre Club made a powerpoint presentation to help 'sell' the project to key people in Chumphon. Chumphon's organizational structure is quite complex because members come from four independent schools and information needs to flow between all of them. However, the presention can be adapted or simplified for your club. The "sell' presentation was presented in three parts:
  1. Introduction to TYT Project, its history and current activities.
    -Club organizational structure
    -Individual's responsibilities within the club
    -Presentation of projected budget
  2. What was achived last year by your club or TYT Project (Bangkok Festival)
  3. Closure with quotes from the initial members telling of their positive experiences or supportive quotes from people inside your community.
