Youth civic engagement and leadership training
http://pcukraine.org/materials/materials.php There are a variety of resources here posted by PC/Ukraine to assist Volunteers in designing and planning trainings and workshops on the environment, camps, etc. Of note is the “Our City” manual: “Our City is an interactive, integrated learning program that exposes Ukrainian students to the basic concepts of a market economy, running a business, and good citizenship through a series of lessons which culminate in a City Day. During the City Day, the students are business owners, employees, and other community members functioning in the city they have actually created and built.” 2 .

This unique global resource provides materials designed for those working with youth in developing countries. The site features: · guidance on key program areas and best practices

The site includes information on the IYWG, a network of nongovernmental agencies, donors, and cooperating agencies supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to improve reproductive health and prevent HIV/AIDS among young people ages 10 to 24. The site is hosted by the INFO Project, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs, with content managed by Family Health International.
